Set up in an afternoon

Setup

The map you already have becomes your booking page.

Upload your campground map, drag your sites onto it, and set your rates. Each pin is a real site guests can book online. If you can use email, you can do this - most campgrounds are live the same day.

Go live the same day you sign up
Your property page

Interactive map with site photos, details, and live availability.

This is the page guests land on. They open your map, tap a site to see its photo and details, pick their dates, and the price is right there - no phone call needed. Many campgrounds use it as their main website.

No separate website needed - this is it

Your camp store, in person and online

Your store keeps selling when nobody is at the desk, and every sale ends up in one report. On-site sales are 100% yours.

Guest marketplace

Guests buy from you without walking to the office.

A guest wants a s'mores kit. They open their trip page, tap the item, and the request shows up on their booking in your portal with the price already attached. You hand it over whenever it suits you. This video shows both sides of one sale.

Sell to guests around the clock without adding staff
Point of sale

Ring up store sales in the same system as your bookings.

Somebody walks up wanting firewood. Pick it from your list and take cash or card, or charge it to their site the way a hotel charges to a room. At the end of the day one report shows everything you sold, register sales and guest requests together.

Keep 100% of every store sale

Never miss a booking

Season opening

Open your season at an exact date and time.

Before opening day, guests can leave their email to be notified. When the day comes, you watch the bookings and revenue come in on a live screen instead of wondering how it went.

Fill more sites in the first hour of your season
Returning guests

Give returning guests first dibs.

Enter how many hours of a head start your past guests get before booking opens to everyone. The platform already knows who has stayed with you, so there are no codes to hand out and nothing to keep track of.

Keep your regulars coming back year after year
Waitlist

Full dates fill themselves back up.

When someone cancels, the first guest on the waitlist gets a notification and a window to take the site. If they pass, it moves to the next person. It works the same at 2pm or 2am.

Recover the revenue from every cancellation
Group bookings

Groups book together and pay separately.

One person picks sites for the whole group, and everyone gets their own payment link for their own share. If someone never pays, their site opens back up on its own. Nobody has to chase money, including you.

Everyone pays up front - nobody fronts the money

Set your rules once

Cancellation policy

Your refund rules apply themselves.

You set the refund windows and percentages once. When a guest cancels, the platform does the math and keeps or refunds the right amount. No awkward phone call, no manual math.

Your rules enforced without the argument

Cards are checked before arrival

Part of the payment is held three days out and more the day before. If a card is going to fail, you find out before the guest is standing in front of you.

A $50 hold at check-in

Covers firewood on the tab or a broken picnic table, and releases on its own after a clean checkout.

No-shows close themselves out

If a guest never arrives, the platform settles the booking by your policy and puts the site back on the market.

Questions?
We've got answers.

What does it actually cost?

Nothing upfront. No monthly fees. No contracts. We charge a 5% + $0.35 platform fee only when a guest books and pays through the platform - added on top for the guest, never taken out of your rate. POS charges are 100% yours.

How do I get paid?

Connect your bank during setup and receive payouts directly. Guests pay online at booking time.

Can I set my own rates?

Yes. You control nightly rates, custom fees (electric, firewood, pet fees), and tax collection. Full pricing control.

What about my existing bookings?

Block dates for existing reservations using the calendar. The 5% + $0.35 fee only applies to bookings made through Campfire Concierge.

Do I need technical skills?

If you can use email, you can use this. Setup takes about 10 minutes and we provide support from a named human, not a ticket queue.
