What is Campfire Concierge and how does turnkey glamping work?

Campfire Concierge is a turnkey outdoor hospitality service. We set up fully-equipped campsites on beautiful private land and campgrounds so you can enjoy the outdoors without any of the hassle. When you arrive, your site is completely ready -- tent pitched, beds made, fire ring prepped, and all essentials arranged. You just show up and enjoy.

What's included in a glamping experience package?

Our glamping packages include a luxury canvas tent with a real mattress and premium linens, comfortable outdoor furniture, ambient lighting, a private campfire setup with seating, complete cooking equipment, and curated amenities. Specific inclusions vary by experience package.

What's included in a camping experience package?

Camping packages include a premium tent setup with air mattresses, sleeping bags and pillows, a campfire ring with seating, cooking equipment and utensils, lanterns and headlamps, and all essential camping gear. Everything you need for a comfortable night outdoors.

What do I need to bring for camping or glamping?

We provide everything for your campsite. You just need to bring:

  • Personal clothing and toiletries
  • Any personal medications
  • A sense of adventure!

Do you offer pet-friendly glamping experiences?

Yes! Our Paws in the Pines package is specifically designed for guests with dogs. It includes pet amenities like water bowls, a dog bed, waste bags, and access to dog-friendly trails. Other packages may accommodate pets on a case-by-case basis -- just ask when booking.

What happens if weather is bad during my glamping trip?

Our setups are designed to handle typical weather conditions. Tents are waterproof and sturdy. In cases of severe weather (thunderstorms, extreme heat advisories), we will contact you ahead of time to discuss options including rescheduling at no extra charge.

Is there cell service or WiFi at glamping locations?

Cell service varies by location -- some sites have strong signal while others are more remote (which is part of the charm!). We do not provide WiFi, as our experiences are designed to help you disconnect and be present. Your booking confirmation will include connectivity details for your specific location.

What about bathrooms at glamping and camping sites?

Bathroom facilities vary by property. Some sites include portable restroom facilities, others have access to nearby facilities, and campground locations typically have full restroom and shower buildings. Your specific site listing will detail the bathroom situation.

How do I book a glamping or camping experience?

Booking is easy:

What is your cancellation policy for glamping reservations?

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy:

  • 30+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 14-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund (date change may be available)

We always try to work with guests on a case-by-case basis for unexpected circumstances.

Can I modify my glamping booking?

Yes, modifications are possible depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change dates, upgrade your tier, or adjust add-ons. Changes within 14 days of your trip may incur additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure card payment processing. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Do glamping prices change by season?

Our base pricing remains consistent year-round. However, specific properties or peak dates may have adjusted pricing. The exact price is always shown before you complete your booking -- no hidden fees or surprises.

What are glamping add-ons?

Add-ons are optional extras that enhance your experience. Examples include mountain bikes, stargazing kits, acoustic guitars, gourmet meal upgrades, and more. Available add-ons vary by experience package and are shown during the booking process.

What time is check-in and check-out for glamping?

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on the property schedule.

Will my glamping camp already be set up when I arrive?

Absolutely! That is the whole point of Campfire Concierge. Your entire site is set up and ready before you arrive. Tent pitched, beds made, fire pit prepped, lighting arranged, and all amenities placed. You literally just walk up and start enjoying.

How do I find my glamping campsite?

Your confirmation email includes detailed directions to your property, including GPS coordinates and any specific navigation instructions. For properties on private land, we provide gate codes or meeting point details as needed.

What if I have a problem during my glamping stay?

We are reachable during your entire stay. Your confirmation includes a direct contact number for support. For urgent issues, we aim to respond within 30 minutes. For non-urgent questions, we typically respond within a few hours.

Can I have a campfire at my glamping site?

Most of our sites include a campfire setup! We provide firewood, fire starters, and roasting sticks. During burn bans or high fire risk periods, we will provide alternative options like portable propane fire pits. Safety always comes first.

How many guests can join my glamping experience?

Guest capacity varies by experience package:

  • Two by the Fire: 2 guests
  • Tailored Trails: Up to 4 guests
  • Pretty in the Pines: Up to 4 guests
  • Paws in the Pines: Up to 4 guests
  • The Outpost: Up to 6 guests
  • Basecamp Retreats: Up to 12 guests

For Landowners

How can I make money from my vacant land with glamping?

Campfire Concierge partners with private landowners to create glamping experiences on their property. We handle everything -- setup, marketing, bookings, guest management, and cleanup. You earn 25% of every booking on your land with zero effort on your part.

What type of land qualifies for glamping hosting?

We look for properties with:

  • Scenic, private settings (wooded areas, meadows, waterfront)
  • Vehicle access to the campsite area
  • Relatively flat ground for tent setup
  • Ideally 5+ acres for privacy

What are my responsibilities as a glamping land partner?

Very minimal! You provide access to your land and keep the general area maintained (mowed paths, etc.). We handle absolutely everything else: equipment, setup, teardown, guest communication, bookings, payments, and cleanup.

Is my property insured for glamping guests?

Yes. Campfire Concierge carries comprehensive liability insurance that covers our operations on your property. We also require all partners to maintain their own property insurance. Details are covered in our Partner Agreement.

How do landowners get paid for glamping bookings?

Partners are paid by direct deposit to a connected bank account. Set up your bank during onboarding in the partner portal, and earnings deposit automatically after each completed booking. Track all earnings in real time from your dashboard.

How do I apply to become a glamping land partner?

Visit our Landowners & Campgrounds page or contact us directly. We will schedule a call to discuss your property, answer your questions, and if it is a good fit, get you onboarded quickly.

For Campgrounds

How does the campground glamping partnership work?

Campground partners designate specific sites for Campfire Concierge experiences. We bring our premium equipment and set up glamping experiences on your sites. You earn your full site fee on every booking, plus guests use your existing facilities (showers, store, activities).

What do campgrounds receive from the partnership?

Campgrounds receive:

  • 100% of your site fee (passthrough)
  • Increased occupancy on designated sites
  • Premium guest demographic (higher ancillary spending)
  • Marketing exposure through our platform
  • No equipment investment required
What's required from the campground for glamping services?

We need designated sites with standard hookups or flat tent pads, access to restroom/shower facilities for guests, and basic coordination for setup/teardown scheduling. We handle all equipment, guest communication, and bookings.

How do I become a campground glamping partner?

Contact us through our contact page or call us directly. We will discuss your campground, available sites, and how the partnership would work for your specific operation. Onboarding is straightforward and we can typically get started within a few weeks.
