You Just Want to Show Up and Enjoy It
Think of all the things you have to pack and get ready for one camping trip. You start days before prepping for it. By the time it comes to go you struggle because you already feel like you have done so much for this trip and you just want to show up and enjoy it. Not unpack and set up everything you have been getting ready. That is just more work.
If that is you, I want you to hear this. You are not the packing crew for everybody else’s good time. You are the one who wanted everybody out there together in the first place and you should get to sit down by the fire the minute you pull in!
What is already set up when you get there
That is where we come in at Campfire Concierge. We will set up everything for you from real beds or sleeping bags, your choice, to kitchen prep. Pick glamping and you walk into a furnished tent with a real bed and linens and the lighting all done. Pick camping and your tent is already pitched with a sleeping kit and a camp kitchen and chairs sitting right there waiting on you. You can see how a stay works start to finish if you want the plain version of it.
Some people love the getting ready and that is great. But if the getting ready is the reason you keep not going, then that part can be ours now.
The add-ons are the stuff you would have packed
We do not stop there. We want you to enjoy all aspects of your trip and that is why we created the add-ons. You want your meals ready? There is a breakfast basket with coffee and pastries and fruit for the morning. For the night there is a campfire dinner kit with the steak or chicken and the vegetables and seasonings for two. Celebrating something special and want the tent decorated with special touches? There are birthday and anniversary packages with the candles and the banner or the flowers already out.
Maybe you have a dog or dogs and do not want to pack all their stuff. We have them covered too! On a dog-friendly stay there is a dog package with a bed and a bowl and treats and waste bags and a tie-out stake. That is a lot less than what usually gets crammed behind the back seat for them!
So go stand in front of that pile you drag out of the garage every trip and pick what stays home this time. Honestly, pick all of it! The cooler can stay and the tent can stay and the dog’s whole bag can stay too.
We are brand new at this and I am not going to tell you we are everywhere yet. But you can search for a campsite near wherever you already want to go and see what is there. Looking costs you nothing and it does not lock you into anything. So the next time you want to plan your camping or glamping trip, let us do the work for you. And if you would rather ask a real person what you still need to bring, write to me at haley@campfire-concierge.com and I will tell you straight.
So what is the first thing you are leaving home this time?
